Description:Human EML4_ALK (C1156Y_G1296A) NIH/3T3 Overexpression Cell Line is an engineered NIH/3T3 model harboring dual EML4-ALK mutations (C1156Y and G1296A) introduced via lentiviral transduction. Expression is confirmed by qRT-PCR, and cells are cultured below passage 20.

Target:C1156Y and G1296A are compound ALK mutations that confer broad resistance to ALK inhibitors, complicating targeted therapy for ALK-rearranged lung cancers.
