DESCRIPTION
3-Hydroxy-3-Methylglutaryl Coenzyme A Reductase (HMGR) Assay Kit Assay Kit is an assay kit for detection and quantification of 3-Hydroxy-3-Methylglutaryl Coenzyme A Reductase (HMGR) concentrations in tissue homogenates and cell lysates using a microplate reader. HMGR catalyzes the substrate reaction to consume NADPH, causing a decrease in absorbance at 340 nm, and the activity of HMGR can be calculated by measuring the rate of decrease.
