1-O-Acetylbritannilactone (33627-41-7) is a natural product with anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties that is extracted from the flowers of Inula japonica and Inula britannica.1,2 It inhibits angiogenesis and lung cancer cell growth via regulation of VEGF signaling.3,4 1-O-acetylbritannilactone suppressed microglial activation by regulating inflammation and autophagy to ameliorate LPS-mediated neuroinflammation via targeting of PDZ binding kinase (PBK).5
