Description 

This preparation of Recombinant hFSH is a glycosylated, whole molecule form of hFSH and it is reactive in a variety of antibody-based assay systems. It is produced in a mammalian cell line and purified by column chromatography. It is provided as a powder, lyophilized from ammonium bicarbonate, and protein content is determined using the Lowry Protein Assay (BSA standard).

Reconstitution: Conditions of reconstitution may vary based on your system, but we recommend using the following buffer: 10 mM Sodium Phosphate, 150 mM Sodium Chloride, 1 mg/ml BSA, 0.1% Sodium Azide (optional), pH 7.4. Recommended reconstitution protocol for Recombinant hFSH
