BACKGROUND

The AAV2 human antibody ELISA is a quantitative, serotype-specific serological assay for the reliable determination of AAV antibodies in human sera. The assay is based on the ELISA technique. Serotype-specific AAV2 capsids are coated onto a microplate to capture AAV2 antibodies from human serum samples.
