DiagAg™ rProtein A Agarose Particles Prepacked Gravity Columns, 4% Crosslinked, 90 μm 

Protein A is an S. aureus cell wall protein that contains five regions which can bind to the Fc fragment of IgG. As an affinity ligand, protein A is able to be relatively tightly coupled to NUPharose, allowing these regions to bind freely to free IgG. One molecule of protein A can bind two molecules of IgG. The gravity column is prepacked with rProtein A agarose particles (DAG-NT23-03) for the IgG purification applications. The 1 mL and 5 mL prepacked columns are both available.
