Chromogranin A (Human)-EIA Kit (1ea)

Chromogranin A (CgA) is a peptide hormone found in the human body that is released from the cells of the pancreas and stomach. The CgA-EIA Kit is a solid phase enzyme immunoassay that can be used to measure CgA levels in human serum or plasma. Antibodies against CgA are coated onto a microtiter plate, and samples are added to the wells. After incubation, any CgA in the sample binds to the antibodies on the plate. The bound CgA is then detected using specific antibodies conjugated with horseradish peroxidase. The color reaction is measured at 450 nm with a reference wavelength of 630 nm.
