The Xpert Exo/SAP 1tube is an enzymatic PCR Clean-Up kit, comprising Exonuclease I (Exo I produced in E.coli) and recombinant Shrimp Alkaline Phosphatase (rSAP, produced in Pichia pastoris) in an optimal molar ratio. The purified PCR product is ready within 15 minutes and can be used for DNA sequencing reaction immediately!

The Xpert Exo/SAP 1tube is an enzymatic PCR Clean-Up kit, comprising Exonuclease I (Exo I produced in E.coli) and recombinant Shrimp Alkaline Phosphatase (rSAP, produced in Pichia pastoris) in an optimal molar ratio. Unused primers are hydrolyzed by Exo I, whilst rSAP dephosphorylates excess dNTPs.

Xpert Exo/SAP 1tube is designed to degrade dNTPs and primers in a single reaction tube in only 5 minutes. Both enzymes are subsequently heat-inactivated and DNA is ready for sequencing in 15 minutes. No further treatment is required and recovery is 100%, even for very short PCR products. The PCR product itself is left completely intact, independent of its size and sequence.

The purified PCR product can be used for DNA sequencing reaction immediately!
