Overview
The Dual-Luciferase Reporter Gene Kit offers a reliable and sensitive system for detecting changes in gene expression and analyzing transcriptional regulation in
plant cells. Based on a bioluminescent reaction between luciferase enzymes and their specific substrates, this kit enables real-time monitoring of promoter activity or
gene regulation by quantifying emitted luminescence.
This kit includes two widely used reporter plasmids: pBinGFP2 and pGreenII 0800-LUC, as well as validated primer pairs for PCR amplification or sequencing. It is
ideal for plant transient expression assays and dual-luciferase activity comparisons.

Note: All plasmids are shipped at room temperature (RT) and should be stored at –20°C for long-term use. Lyophilized primers should be centrifuged and reconstituted with nuclease-free water before use.

E. coli TOP10 competent cells
Agrobacterium tumefaciens GV3101 competent cells
Restriction enzymes, ligases, recombinase
Plant buffers and media: LB, TB buffer, MgCl₂, DMSO, lysis buffer, etc.
Consumables:
Syringes, pipette tips, centrifuge tubes, PCR tubes, 96-well microplates, disposable gloves, etc.
Equipment:
Incubator, PCR machine, plate reader, electrophoresis system, ChemiDoc or similar imaging system, centrifuge, microwave, electroporator, -80°C freezer, etc.

Usage Notes
1. Upon receipt, plasmids should be centrifuged briefly and transformed into E. coli for amplification.
