Performance characteristics

Nano-copper-nickel alloy powder is prepared by gas phase CVD method, the alloy ratio can be adjusted appropriately,

 the industrial production is large, and it has good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature strength. 

It has high corrosion resistance, good wear resistance, easy processing, and non-magnetic. It is a good structural material 

for manufacturing traveling wave tubes and other electron tubes, and can also be used as a structural material for aero engines.


Applications

1. Nano copper-nickel alloy powder can be made into copper-nickel alloy. Pure copper and nickel can significantly improve 

strength, corrosion resistance, hardness, electrical resistance and thermoelectricity, and reduce the temperature coefficient 

of resistivity;

2. Among copper alloys, cupronickel has excellent corrosion resistance and is easy to shape, process and weld. It is widely 

used in shipbuilding, petroleum, chemical, construction, electric power, instrumentation, medical equipment, musical instrument

 production and other sectors as corrosion-resistant structures. Pieces. Some cupronickel has special electrical properties, 

which can be used to make resistance elements, thermocouple materials and compensation wires. Non-industrial cupronickel 

is mainly used to make decorative crafts;

3. Metal nano-lubricating additives: Add 0.1~0.3% to lubricating oil and grease to form a self-lubricating and self-repairing f

ilm on the surface of the friction pair during the rubbing process, which significantly reduces the anti-wear and anti-friction 

performance of the friction pair. Compared with the single metal nano-lubricating additive, the amount of powder added is 

reduced by 3~5 times, the repair time is short, the friction coefficient is small and it is stable for a long time;
