DESCRIPTION:

0.1-1.5 kbp DNA Marker is composed of eleven linear double-stranded DNA bands (0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1 and 1.5 kbp). The 0.5 kbp band (100 ng/5 µl) serves as the reference band as it is double the concentration of the other bands (50 ng/5 µl) and therefore appears with double the intensity of the other bands on the gel. This product is ready-to-use and is premixed with 1X DNA loading buffer.

Storage:Store between 2-8°C for up to 6 months, or at -20°C for long-term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
