APPLICATIONS

This product is a common organic solvent with a variety of uses, mostly in painting & cleaning:

Thinning Paints and Varnishes: Helps adjust the consistency of oil-based paints and varnishes, making them easier to apply and spread, i.e. when using a paint sprayer.

Cleaning & Degreasing: Used to clean paintbrushes, rollers, and other painting tools. To be effective, this product should be used when paint is still fresh, not dried. They can be used to remove grease and grime from a variety of surfaces, including auto parts, tools, and wood (i.e. in wood restoration projects). They are effective in degreasing metal parts and machinery, helping them operate smoothly and efficiently.

Surface Preparation: May be used to prepare surfaces by removing grease, grime, and/or adhesive residues.
