Preparation: Culture supernatant of infected cells is concentrated by ultrafiltration and ultracentrifugation.

The resulting antigen is suspended in glycine buffer, pH9.5.

Inactivation: This product has been treated with Beta-propiolactone. Confirmed inactive by attempted growth 

under original culture conditions. Since no procedure can guarantee absolute sterility, the reagent should be 

handled with appropriate safety precautions.
