Description:

Hepes Buffer is one of the best general purpose buffers available for biological research. It has been used to advantage in tissue culture, oxidative phosphorylation and protein synthesis with cell-free bacterial systems. Hepes is a recommended buffer for the glutamate binding assay, prevents binding to non-receptor materials.
