Description:

The GF-1 Blood DNA Extraction Kit enables safe, high-yield and rapid extraction of pure, high-molecular-weight DNA from fresh anticoagulated blood and frozen leukocytes.

The samples are lysed under denaturing conditions with a special buffer and then applied to the column. There, the DNA binds selectively and reversibly to the special glass filter membrane, allowing it to be washed quickly and efficiently.

Cellular debris, enzyme inhibitors such as hemoglobin and other contaminants are quantitatively removed.
