These particles consist of anti-Flag (DYKDDDDK) antibody covalently coupled to 4% crosslinked agarose particles, which can bind to proteins containing a Flag tag in conventional protein expression systems (ie, bacteria, yeast or mammalian cells) for purification or immunoprecipitation (IP) of fusion proteins or protein complexes with Flag tags.
