Assay Kit Description

Cytodiagnostics’ Conjugation QC Lateral Flow Dipstick Kit is a rapid 10-minute immunochromatographic test 

intended for quality control of antibody and antigen conjugation to Cytodiagnostics gold nanoparticles.

The 10-minute test can be used for determining if conjugation was successful for the following sources of antibodies and class:

This kit can also be used for determining if conjugation was successful of an antigen to the gold nanoparticles if 

probed with an antibody from the list above (not including in kit) prior to running the test, see product sheet for 

additional instructions.

Kit Components 

10 Lateral Flow Dipsticks 측면 흐름 디스틱 10개

1.5 mL Lateral Flow Running Buffer 측면 흐름 실행 버퍼 1.5 mL

Storage

The dipsticks supplied in the kit should be stored between 2-30° C and the supplied Lateral Flow Running Buffer 

should be stored at 2-8° C. Stable for at least 3 months if stored as specified.

보관 키트에 제공된 디스틱은 2-30°C 사이에 보관해야 하며, 제공된 측면 흐름 실행 버퍼는 2-8°C
