GRS DNA Ladder 20bp is a ready-to-use DNA Marker suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments from 60bp-300bp, and composed of 13 linear chromatography-purified individual DNA fragments. All bands (except 100bp and 200bp)  are supplied at approximately 40ng/5μl. The 100bp  and 200bp bands have increased intensity for easy identification.

Recommended Loading

3-5 μl/lane (50 μg allows for ~ 80-150 lanes) for Agarose Gels

1-2 μl/lane (50 μg allows for ~ 200-400 lanes) for non-denaturating polyacrylamide gels

Concentration:Typical Bands: 20 ng/μl;  Other Bands: 8 ng/μl; Mix Concentration: 128 ng/μl

Storage:At least three months at room temperature, for long-time preservation, please store at -20ºC.
